What's SOMA ?
Soma is a marketplace where users can securely and reliably trade with each other in a decentralized environment. The platform encourages users to engage in beneficial cooperation to provide members of the Soma Community a comfort of secure and fast platform to trade with their desired items. The Soma Rewarding System guarantees that every user who contributes to the creation of the social valueis rewarded by Soma Community Token (SCT). SCT is an ERC20 token which is utilized inside the community for rewarding and hence it facilitates the organic growth of the Soma community throughout the world.
Soma has a patent-pending feature, the Interactive Item Card (IIC). IIC is a unique feature which preserves and transfers important information in transactions within the platform. Every physical item which is listed in the platform creates a unique item card, which is a digital representation of the physical item. The Interactive Item Card can be utilized to verify item history, price development and authenticity of the physical items.

Interactive Item Card (IIC)
Every transaction that happens inside the SOMA™ platform will not only change the ownership of the physical item but also the corresponding ownership of the Interactive Item Card (IIC). IIC is a digital representation of the physical item. It includes information about the ownership data, the condition of the physical item, the genuineness of the item and the price history. Most importantly, the IIC will accumulate social value inside the Soma Community through different social interactions from the users, which may be reflected in the value of the physical item.
Secured Payments
Payments inside the Soma Community are delivered securely. The Soma Rewarding System enhances the security of the transactions by providing an incentive for a community member to act as a trusted escrow agent in a transaction. The escrow agent is compensated after a successful transaction in Soma Community Tokens.
Social Contribution
Within the Soma community, trading can be done in a fun way by utilizing the concepts known from the traditional social media platforms. The community members can interact with each other socially by liking, following or sharing the relevant content. The social interactions will increase the social capital of the digital content, which can be monetized by the Soma Community Token.
P2P Marketing
The decentralized platform incentivizes the community members to provide aid to the other members of the community in various ways. The P2P marketing enables users to gain Soma Community Tokens by promoting the items that are listed for sale on the platform, facilitating the organic expansion of the Community and popularity of the Soma Community Token.

ICO
Soma Community Tokens will have a maximum of 60,000,000 units. Total supply of 60,000,000 SCT is created for the ICO, out of which 54,000,000 are distributed for the contributors in the ICO.
The last 6,000,000 SCT units will be used for growth, such as marketing, rewarding active community members, and incentivize the founding team. Funds are managed by Soma.
As for the ICO round - the funds will be utilized as follows:
- 35% Marketing and area launches
- 20% Product development and technology
- 20% Legal issues and patents
- 15% Operational team
- 10% Community reward
The maximum ICO cap is 120,000 ETH. In the ICO campaign of every 1,500 ETH, we are expanding our marketplace to a new region or state. The goal is to grow in favor of the early adopter. See the next section for more information.
